    Donbass Donetsk suffered a very bitter loss in their fight for a playoff spot in Western Conference by losing in shootout against favourites CSKA Moscow. In a third period where Donbass dominated, the Ukrainians scored a late equalizer and thus won a point but the next two games have to tell if this was one point won or two points lost as the competition is big for the 8th spot in the West!
