		What a bitter end to the season of Dinamo Minsk! The team had a great race to catch up to get a playoff spot just to miss it in the last match against Ufa. After the goal by Pankov in the middle of the third period the hosts looked dead but they showed great moral and came back within half a minute through Cory Murphy and Janne Niskala!! When they had to risk everything - an overtime win wouldn't have been enough due to Atlant having more wins in regulation - an empty netter through Pankov ended all the playoff hopes of the Belarussians.

		In an even first period without any big scoring opportunities, the 0-0 is a fair result. Dinamo Minsk started very aggressive and have to continue there if they want to win this match and qualify for the playoffs!

To make sure to stay on that position also after the last matchday and to make the playoffs, they need a win against today's opponents Salavat Yulayev Ufa or they depend on the result of their competitors Donbass Donetsk and Atlant Moscow Oblast. For Ufa who are 5th in Eastern Conference with 85 points this game is rather meaningless and they play only for their prestige For Dinamo it's a weird situation. They have won their last three road matches but lost during the same time at home against top teams Traktor Chelyabinsk (2-5) and Ak Bars Kazan (2-3).
