    A goal early in the second half by Cavani let Uruguay hope long time for a surprise or at least that they could force extra time but a late header by Paulinho after a corner by Neymar gave the favourites Brazil a late win!

    In the Confed Cup final Brazil will face the winner of the second semifinal between Spain and Italy.
