Final word: Avtomobilist SO win came as surprise, but team from Yekaterinburg sure deserved it. They were the better team during first two periods and were under serious pressure in during third period. However, they focused on strict defending and managed to survive until 60th minute. Overtime did not bring any wiining goal on any side and shootout was as always unpredictable. Jakub Kovar saved all three shots from Spartak players and Toluzakov managed to beat Jeff Glass for deserved shootout win for Avtomobilist.
