JIRI NOVOTNY shoots the puck from just across centre and gets his 3rd goal of the game into an empty net, restoring Lev's 2-goal lead.
Just seconds earlier they had hit the goal post, but from the ensuing scramble the puck wehnt back to the point and SAMI LEPISTO fired it through a crowd and Vehanen never saw it. Power-play goal. Assist: Artyom Chernov.
Starting the period on the power play, they've had Avto back on their heels almost constantly and finally they cash in, even though the power play was over. The puck is fed in front to JIRI NOVOTNY, who snaps it low stick-side on Kovar.
Jakub Kovar goes on a bit of an adventure behind the net and loses the puck to Justin Azevedo, who feeds it in front to JIRI NOVOTNY. Kovar tried to get back in but not in time to stop the shot. Assist: Justin Azevedo.
