A big turnover by the Slovan defense cost them the game! IVAN POLYGANOV was sent on a breakaway by one of the defensemen and Janus tried to poke the puck away, but the Russian forward made a great forehanded deke and then found the back of the open net to win it for Nizhnekamsk.
It's a powerplay goal for Neftekhimik! Just a couple of seconds before the end of the man-advantage, RENAT MAMASHEV sniped one home to tie things up in the third.

The comeback is complete! Slovan grabs a come-from-behind lead and MIROSLAV ŠATAN gets his second of the night. A powerplay shot by Radivojevič was stopped, but Šatan jumped on the rebound, pulled off a little deke and backhanded it past Dalton to give his team the lead.

It looks like it won't be the same story all over again as Slovan finds a breakthrough and cuts the lead in half. Ölvecký won a faceoff and found JURAJ MIKÚŠ all alone on the doorstep and the latter had no problem just redirecting the puck past Dalton.
