DAVID ULLSTROM is credited with the game-winning goal in the shootout.
The puck came to JIRI SEKAC at the top of the slot, he dodged a block attempt and then shot through traffic and it found its way through the crowd. Novotny was in front, not sure if he touched it, but he provided a screen for sure. Power-play goal. Assists: Martin Thornberg, Ondrej Nemec.
After so many chances, they finally bury one. Martin Thornberg found PETR VRANA alone at the far side and he one-timed it in before Sorokin could come across. Power-play goal. Assist: Martin Thornberg.
It's a good goal, and IGOR VELICHKIN was apparently the one who got to that rebound and put it in past Vehanen to make it 2-0. Assists: Nikita Kamalov, Artyom Gareyev.
Martin Sevc fell as he played the puck behind his own net and it went right onto the stick of NIKITA VYGLAZOV, who was along the goal line, and he banked the puck in off the pad of Vehanen and in for the game's first goal on what was also, I believe, the first shot. Unassisted.
