		Welcome. Game starts at 13:00.
		Welcome everyone to another busy day of KHL hockey. Today we start off in Omsk, where Avangard host floundering Spartak Moscow. The hosts will feel that they should win this game comfortably, but Spartak won't be willing to surrender easily.
		Avangard are just three points away from the playoff zone, and to continue their march towards the playoffs they need to keep winning, especially games like this one.Out of their last six games, they have managed to grab four victories. Spartak on the other hand are in freefall having lost their past ten games in a row, and they are already 14 points off a playoff berth.
		The first game between these two teams was a tight affair that Spartak eventually won 3-2 after penalty shots.

	00:10	Dmitriy Semin breaks into the zone for the first attempt on goal but Alexey Ivanov without too many problems catches the puck
	01:30	Goal for Avangard! ALEXANDER PEREZHOGIN holds the puck brilliantly, skates all around Spartak's zone before unleashing a pacy wrist shot into Ivanov's left hand corner, 1-0! Assists- Ivan Baranka
	02:33	Spartak after conceding that early goal try to respond quickly, the puck rolls around the crease but the Avangard goalkeeper Andrey Mezin manages to clear the danger
	04:22	Ruzicka tries to create something by skating directly through the middle of the defence, but he's forced out wide well
	05:26	Krutov sends a pass along the crease for one of his partners to get a hold of, but it hits a defender and comes to nothing
	06:15	Good break on the right flank from Sergey Kalinin, he strikes early and it's easy work for Ivanov
	08:24	Shirokov! He waits for Ivanov to go down, fires into what already seems like an open net but the goalkeeper makes a great glove save!
	09:38	Popov passes to Perezhogin who's free on the left post, but a defender's stick pokes it wide
	10:50	Powerplay coming up here for Avangard. Evgeniy Kulik for tripping has been given a two minute minor against his name
	12:13	Goal for Avangard! Ivanov gives up a big rebound on a Perezhogin slapshot and on the crease STEFAN RUZICKA is there to send the puck home, powerplay goal and it's 2-0! Assists- Ivan Baranka and Alexander Perezhogin
	13:32	Spartak appear like a team completely void of confidence and this could turn into a long game for them
	14:52	They have a chance here to get a foothold in the game though, Kostitsyn is off to the penalty box for holding and they have two minutes on the powerplay
	15:39	Anderson finds an opening, slaps the puck but Mezin effectively sends it away with his pads
	16:51	Strong effort from Bodrov from the blue line, but it gets deflected out of play and it's a faceoff in Avangard's zone

	18:09	Hopeful pass towards Mezin's goal made by Peshekhonov and the goalkeeper instead of taking a risk freezes for a faceoff
	18:27	Kuryanov squeezes in a wrister under pressure on the left, but Ivanov is alert

	19:24	Quick transition from defence to attack from Spartak, and Krutov with a good wrist shot tests the goalkeeper

	21:12	Bodrov at the start of the second period makes a hard skate through the Avangard defence from his own zone, but gets stopped at the last minute
	21:57	Shirokov snipes it but it's blocked, Ivanov takes up the rebound but puts it right into the goalkeeper's pads
	22:13	Dangerous slapshot from the right hand boards from Goncharov, and Ivanov manages to field it well
	24:16	Alexander Popov barges his way into the crease, but the puck goes too high and out of play
	25:17	First penalty of the second period and it's against the hosts, too many players have been caught on the ice and Spartak go on the powerplay. Andrey Ivanov will sit this one out for his team
	26:25	Kulik! Bursts into the crease, but with the backhand from a great position he can't get the better of Mezin! Excellent chance to get his team back into the game
	27:15	Avangard are back to full strength
	27:45	Goncharov! Frees himself on the left, drives in and rips a drive into the right hand corner but Ivanov deflects it wide with his glove!
	28:15	Avangard are putting the pressure on once again and they've got themselves a powerplay, for holding Alexey Grishin is penalised
	28:31	Denis Kulyash with a big slapper makes Ivanov deflect the puck wide
	30:10	Excellent possession of the puck from the hosts, Ivan Baranka is then found free up close by the right post, but can't find the far post!
	30:15	Spartak are back at full strength again
	30:33	Now for long though. Tom Wandell for checking to the head has picked up a 2+10 penalty, and he won't appear on to the ice for another ten minutes although after two his team will be at full strength again
	30:49	Ivanov against Ivanov! The Avangard forward one times it form the top of the crease, but Spartak's Ivanov positions himself well!
	32:10	Avangard hold the puck up in their own zone on the powerplay and the home fans make their feelings known, they don't like that
	32:33	And the visitors now have five players on the ice again
	34:11	Sergeev from the boards makes Mezin give up a rebound with his pads, but the defenders are first there
	34:34	Kozlov! Picks up the puck from a faceoff and fires in first time but can'f find the target
	35:07	Volkov with his skate directs the puck towards the net, and Mezin dives on it on the crease
	36:24	Kostistyn battles for the puck against the boards, offloads it to Kalinin but he's crowded out
	37:47	A fantastic pass right from the other end picks out Popov who could have gone one on one, but he can't control it
	38:35	Shirokov with a cutting pass picks out Dmitriy Semin who slaps it first time wide of the net
	39:30	Final 30 seconds of a goalless second period
	39:43	Big chance for Spartak! Mezin loses sight of the puck with bodies around him, but not one of the Spartak sticks can poke it over the line!

	40:11	Alexey Ivanov holds on to the puck, and the first faceoff of the third period will be in the Spartak zone
	40:39	Igor Volkov wrists it from distance and Mezin is reliable with his glove
	41:24	Rush to the Spartak net from the hosts but the puck ends up rolling into Ivanov
	41:41	Kostitsyn looks for a passing option from the right flank, can't find one so has a go himself and the goalkeeper holds on
	43:28	One again Avangard show a really high level of puck control, but it all comes to nothing without any shots
	44:33	Sergeev skates through, puts a backhand pass towards the crease but it's too weak
	45:12	The tempo of the game isn't particularly high, Avangard have the game exactly where they want it
	47:03	Wrist shot from the middle of the zone from Kalinin, and it's comfortably dealt with by Ivanov
	47:15	For holding Semin is punished by the referee's and Spartak have a powerplay opportunity to try and get a goal
	47:26	Goal for Avangard! Shorthanded goal for the hosts and it's a beauty! ALEXANDER PEREZHOGIN spins elegantly away from his defender, and backhands it through Ivanov and into the net, 3-0! Assists- Alexander Popov
	48;48	Despite that goal Avangard are running into a bit of penalty trouble, Maxim Goncharov is now off to the box for interference
	49:15	Semin is now back in the action and it's a 5 on 4 powerplay for Spartak, the only team with the puck and attacking is still Avangard though!
	50:30	Volkov! Finally a Spartak chance on the powerplay and Volkov from close range is denied by Mezin!
	50:45	The hosts are now back at full strength
	50:53	Goal for Spartak! Just after their powerplay ended they manage to get on the board! IGOR VOLKOV on the doorstep puts a loose puck past Mezin and into the right hand corner, 3-1! Assists- Denis Bodrov
	52:10	Ruzicka! What a chance for him to finish the game! 2 on 1 breakaway, he holds the puck brilliantly and floors his defender, but when it seems easier to score he smacks the bar!
	53:36	Spartak are committing bodies forward and giving up chances, this time Kuryanov from point blank range misses!
	53:36	Penalty here against the visitors, for having too many players on the ice they've been penalised and their coach isn't happy about it at all. Alexey Krutov will sit this one out for his team
	54:16	Lyamin slaps the puck hard, but Ivanov who came out a little bit from his net freezes
	54:33	Popov and Kostitsyn almost try and push Ivanov into the goal with the puck, but the referees stop the play. And to see if the puck had already crossed the line they're going upstairs for help
	54:33	Goal for Avangard! The referee's took their time but it's concluded that the puck had already crossed the line before the whistle was blown, it's credited to SERGEY KOSTITSYN and it's 4-1!
	56:01	Icing from Avangard and that fourth goal should have finished it
	56:55	Attempt from a promising position for Spartak, but it misses the far post
	58:00	It's the last two minutes of the third and final period
	59:30	Both teams are now calmly bringing the game to it's logical end, 30 seconds left now

		That's the final buzzer and it's a comfortable 4-1 victory for Avangard Omsk! They were never in a any danger today, Spartak tried their best but couldn't offer any real resistance. Alexander Perezhogin in the first couple of minutes opened up the scoring before Stefan Ruzicka made it two. We had to wait until the third period for more goals when Perezhogin got his second, Igor Volkov got a Spartak goal for pride before Sergey Kostitsyn iced it.
