JAROMIR JAGR forces his way through the defense and his shot towards the left bottom corner goes straight past Lundqvist who claimed that his defender Niklas Kronwall was pushed by Tomas Plekanec into the net but the referees gave the goal anyway!

The Czechs are finally rewarded for their efforts! Patrik Elias has the puck on the right wing and passes it back to MAREK ZIDLICKY who fires a one-timer into the left top corner to make it 1-4!

They didn't use their power play but now they score the 2-0! Swedish forward PATRIK BERGLUND is sent via the left wing and with a blast from the left circle he beats Jakub Kovar into the left corner – despite the power behind the shot it didn't look unstoppable!
