Thank you for following the game with us! Don't miss the other playoff series either! (14:20:13)

In power play Chris Lee made everything clear with the 5-3 early in the third period which should turn out to be the final score! Admiral never were able to be a threat again for the Metallurg win in the last 20 minutes and barely created more than a couple of harmless shots on target.

Metallurg now lead 2-0 in the best-of-seven series before the next two games are played in Vladivostok.

    Shots on goal: Metallurg 10 (27) – Admiral 7 (35)

    60:00
    Game over.

    59:41
Alexei Ugarov (Admiral) gets two minutes for hooking.

    59:17
Long clearance by the Metallurg defense and Ivannikov stays in the net. That should be it.

    58:47
Francis Pare defends the puck for 10-15 seconds in the left corner of the Admiral third without problems.

    58:00
Two minutes are left in the regular time. If and when the guests pull out their goalie for an additional skater, we'll see soon!

    57:22
A one-timer from the blue line almost gives Admiral the next goal, out of the blue, but Koshechkin is there with a pad save.

    56:17
Metallurg easily keep the puck inside the Admiral third without risking too much themsevles during their scoring attempts.

    54:30
Home side Metallurg is a lot closer to the next goal than Admiral. Currently nothing looks like a race to catch up would be possible in the remaining minutes.

    53:37
Solo by Mozyakin over the left wing but again the Metallurg forward is stopped by a defender.

    52:32
Sergei Mozyakin wins the puck inside the neutral zone after a turnover but fails to make it past the last Admiral defender and the chance is gone...

    51:08
The guests lose the puck inside their own third but the following shot from the left wing by Metallurg defender Evgeny Biryukov towards the left bottom corner only hits a team mate who waited in front of the guest net!

    49:38
During a fast counter Metallurg's Jan Kovar misses the net just by inches from short distance! Almost the decision!

    48:57
Stanislav Bocharov with a shot from the right circle for Admiral but Koshechkin easily blocks the puck to the side.

    47:29
Tim Brent tries it from the left circle, is stopped by Ivannikov.

    47:07
Double chance for Admiral forward Richard Gynge. First he tried it from the blue line and Koshechkin allowed a rebound and then he was able to get the puck again and was stopped from short distance by the Metallurg goalie!

    46:03
The guests from Far East win the face off at the right circle inside the Metallurg third but the following shot from the blue line is easily cleared by Koshechkin and the defense.

    45:13
Both sides fight hard for every single puck but currently the puck goes back and forth without any shots on target.

    43:33
    Goal for Metallurg!

Metallurg's first line might have just decided the game with a man more on the ice! A pass from left to the Admiral net back towards the slot was used by defender CHRIS LEE whose one-timer went straight into the right top corner! 5-3 for Metallurg!

Assisted by Sergei Mozyakin and Jan Kovar.
