		Dinamo riga were able to take the momentum in the third period and to decide the game with three early goals – five consecutive ones – to win game 3 of the Western Conference quarterfinal best of seven series against Donbass Donetsk with 7-3! In the end the result is a bit high but it is a more than deserved win for the Latvians who cut the deficit in the series to 1-2! Shots on goal: Dinamo 9 (37) – Donbass 7 (19)

		The Western Conference quarterfinal series between Dinamo Riga (5th) and Donbass Donetsk (4th) is as close as expected but after two losses in Donetsk at the start of this best-of-seven series today's and tomorrow's hosts from Riga are already standing with their backs towards the wall. In game #1 Dinamo lost 2-5 on Friday despite a long 1-0 lead before suffering a 3-1 loss with an empty netter in the second last minute the following day. If Dinamo are able to get their first win in this series or if Donbass come a huge step closer to the Conference semifinals, we'll see soon!
