		The Kazakh side becomes the first semi-finalist in the East, while joining Lev and SKA in the West that proceded to the semi-finals yesterday.

		Third period is behind us, Barys hold onto the lead and are through to the semi-finals! 2:1 the final score, 4-0 sweep in the series. The fans are chanting and a standing ovation for Avtomobilist, to mark the end of their most successful campaign in the KHL. Roman Savchenko got the game-winner in the 28th minute. All four games have been a lot equal and tied, Avtomobilist put a good effort against one of the best teams in the league. Barys needed overtime in Astana in both games to break the brave Russians, while they snapped 2:1 wins in both games in Yekaterinburg to win the series.

	53:08	Jakub Kovar saves the day as Konstantin Rudenko is unexplicably left alone in the slot with the puck, takes time and fires a hard slapper, but Kovar is fortunate enough to have been hit by it and keeps the puck away from the back of his net.

		A far better second period with three tallies to open up the game. In the first half of the period Barys built up on the lead, but in the 34th minute Avtomobilist cuts to half an from that point get more courage to go down the ice and tactically break Barys and level the score. If they can't pull off a win today, they're out of competition so they have 20 minutes to get something out of it or the season is over.

	39:39	Mini pressure from Avtomobilist in the final minute, but they're not getting precise shots on net and Barys still able to defend.

	36:57	Again emotions work on the ice and there is a full line brawl between the teams, the referees calming them down the situation. Penalties on both sides: Konstantin Romanov (BAR) gets called for charging and Andre Deveaux (AVT) for roughing as he started to push and shove Romanov following the check.

		A below average first period, especially taking into consideration how these two played during this series. There weren't too many shots nor action before the goals. Barys don't want to take chances and want to calmly end the series today.
