"I thought they got a lot of skill on their team, they played us hard tonight and with a couple of bounces either way. This game could have gone either way as well."
"I think when we eliminated their turnovers and transition play and force down the puck deep from their side we kept them away from their original play. They are a fast and skilled team that knows how to do that, had we played “run n’ gun” with them I think we wouldn’t have been so successful." (21:19:32)
With only two second left on the clock, JAKOB MICFLIKIER finds a loose puck after attempt from Taffe and he sends Linköping to the quarterfinals! Assist: Jeff Taffe. 2-2 and aggregate is 4-3 to Linköping!
JONAS JUNLAND scores and ties the game, but puts Linköping up with 3-2 (aggregate). A huge slapshot from the blueline finds its way through the defence and the goalkeeper Novotny. Assists: Magnus Johansson.
