Thursday 20.08.2015, 20:00 • Alp'Arena • Champions League • Group 16

    Welcome. Game starts at 20:00.

Welcome everyone at start of Champions Hockey League 2015/2016! Exciting competition between the best clubs in Europe. Les Rapaces de Gap are hosting the Lions of Zurich. We are looking forward to a strong game by both teams.

Gap: Les Rapaces are lead by their Cramo top scorer Bostjan Golicic. This is Bostjan's second season with Les Rapaces helping them with the French title last season. Les Rapaces are short handed a few players due to injuries in exhibition matches, but are coming off a strong win against Grenoble.

Zurich: The Lions are a household name in European hockey. A top swiss team for a number of year has them as a favorite heading into this match. Names such a Marc Andre Bergeron, Ryan Shannon, and of course head coach Marc Crawford have all had their share of seasons in the NHL.

We look forward to a hard fought battle between these two clubs.
