ROBBIE EARL on the powerplay. Assisted by Mikael Johnasson.
This is game is over, 1-0 to Färjestad who keep their chances of qualifying alive.
With the game reaching overtime, HC Davos have now officially reached the next round of the 2015/16 CHL.
Gregory Sciaroni, 2.00 for slashing.
Can this be the chance for the visitors to win it?
Tonight's attendance is 3930, pretty good for a tropical evening in August.
Dick Axelsson, 10 minute misconduct for delaying the game (Shooting the puck into the crowd!.
Andreas Ambuehl, 2.00 for slashing.
4 on 4, maybe preparing for O.T.!
John Persson, 2.00 for hooking.
No sooner than they were back to full strength, and they are back to being a man down. Persson not happy with the call, but nothing is going to reverse it!
Justin Pogge, 2.00 for delay of game.
Can Davos capitalise on this powerplay?
Davos have been turning the screw ever so slightly in the last 10 minutes, but haven't managed to change the scoreline as yet.
Magnus Nygren, 2.00 for tripping.
Enzo Corvi, 2.00 for slashing.
POWERPLAY FÄRJESTAD!
Enzo Corvi, 2.00 for holding.
Davos will be short handed for a second time tonight.
The visitors started and ended the period slightly better, but there really isn't anything between these teams and I sense that Färjestad are the slightly hungrier of the two.
Play wil start up again at 20.35 CET
They almost net shorthanded as #23 breaks free but misses.
Dario Simion, 2.00 for tripping.
Earl should be well know to the fans here, having played the previous 4 seasons in the NLA here!
#61 Daniel Gunnarsson receives minutes for roughing. No additional penalty on the Färjestad captain Tolefsen.

Farjestad play the first of their two road games tonight, and it's a must win game for the Swedes – they currently sit in 3rd place on goal difference after being shut out at home 4-0 by tonight's hosts. The team from Karlstad failed to get out of the group stage in last year's tournament, but did however record two wins against their Swiss opponents, the ZSC lions.
Interestingly, tonight pitches Swiss hockey's record title holders against the most successful team in the history of top level hockey in Sweden – it will be an honour to witness this one!!
