    France started in group B1 with Great Britain (win 4:3), Bermuda (loose 3:4 in shootout) and Lebanon (win 9:4). As the winner of this group, they promoted to B3 group, where they played against Cayman Islands (win 5:3) and Haiti (win 1:0). France promoted to crossgame with Finland (loss 1:3).

    Haiti started in group B2 with Cayman Islands (win 7:5), Armenia (win 1:0) and Hong Kong (win 6:2). In B3 group they played against Great Britain (win 4:1) and France (loss 0:1). They promoted to crossgame with Italia (loss 0:2).
