It is interesting if we are talking about Slovakia’s games in regular group in Pardubice. The had wonderful beginning when beat team Canada in the first game. But then there were some problems for players from Slovakia. For example they lost the game against USA suprisingly. On Wednesday Slovakia played the match with Italy and this game had to go to the shootout. The score was 0:0 after three periods. Slovakians won it when Barbora Kezmarska scored only goal and took two points from this game. Slovakia has ended at 3rd place in the regular group. They won bronze medals in Switzerland two years ago.

CZECH REPUBLIC
Czech women belong among the biggest favorites at this Ball Hockey World Championship in Pardubice. The played good games in regular group and beat four of five rivals. They were able to beat Great Britain, Italy, Slovakia and also United States, but lost a close game against team Canada. So Czech players has ended at the second place in a women‘s group and are going to play in federal derby against team Slovakia. Home team knows it will not easy game but Karel Manhart’s players dream about going to the final of the tournament for the second time for two years. And believe the fans in the Czech Republic wish the same thing. Are they gonna do that?

Welcome you from Pardubice again! Here is the second semi-final game and we are going to watch an interesting match between Czech Republic and Slovakia. Both teams played well in a regular women’s group.

First attack made by team Czech Reublic and goalie Tomcikova made first save. But it was easy job for her.

Nice shot from the blue line and there was Barbora Patockova on the goal crease trying to tip ball in. Wasn't successful.

The play is stopped in front of Katerina Zechovska and there is gonna be new draw.

As like Slovakia team, the Czechs are defending in short-handed great. And they have even chances in the corner.

Michaela Vrskova did not managed to redirect her playmate's shot from the blue line. Then the play is stopped again.

Jana Fricova was only in the neutral zone. Despite that tried to took shot. And it was not bad from her. Somebody infront of the goal crease had chance to tip it in.

The last minute of the second period is here, Czech players attacking, making some passes.

The Czechs won first draw and immideatelly had chance to score. But Patockova was in offside, so referee stopped the play.

It is Petra Herzigova, going by own on the bench now. But it will penalty for team Slovakia.

Home players are active and have the ball under control. It is good for them, because Slovaks have no chances to try to tie this game at two.

For a long time chance for visitors, but ball is out of the rink.

Fans from Slovakia wish "tie, tie, tie" the game. But their players are often in the neutral zone, no problems for Czechs.
