    Jiri Kalous, Trinec:
We played much better than in Norway, but we made two big mistakes in middle zone. I guess it decided our losing.

When we were losing it was perfect when we scored and it was tied again.

In the end it's a bit about luck when you to the shoot-outs.

After two loses we must prepare our team to the next game better. (18:45:53)

KalPa and Trinec go head to head in Kuopio's Saturday evening. The game is KalPa's first in CHL this season where as Trinec played in Norway last Thursday and lost to Stavanger Oilers 1-4.

KalPa has renewed quite a bit since last season. It has brought in Jesse Mankinen, Joni Nikko, Santeri Lukka, Balazs Sebok, Patrick Davis, Mikko Nuutinen and Christopher Bengtsson as new players and much is waited from them.

E.g. Janne Kolehmainen, Michal Birner, Andy Chiodo, Tomas Kubalik, Toni Hyvärinen, Mikael Seppälä, Miika Koivisto, Tero Konttinen and Jukka Voutilainen on the other hand left the team so the newcomers have a lot to cover.

Trinec's captain Rostislav Klesla had a taste before the game that what was expected.

KalPa's defender Joonas Lyytinen had expectations for Saturday's game.

    - Czech teams are known as skilled teams so our way of playing is going to be in a huge role tomorrow. The more we have puck control then the puck is of course away from their skilled players.

    - It’s definitely going to be an interesting game like always in these international games. I’m looking forward to these games.

    - We expect them to be good skaters and strong on puck. We have to play much better than in the first game. Our goal, however, is still the same. We want to reach play offs and that means, that we have to win in Kuopio. If we return to home with one win, it’ll be good result for us.
