Is this already the decision for Slovakia? In power play RENE VYDARENY received a perfect pass by Tomas Zaborsky and had little to no trouble to send the puck into the right corner fro mshort distance!

Half a minute after the Americans were back at fulls trength MARTIN BARTEK doubled the lead for Slovakia! He skated past the left wing and tried it with a shot from the left circle that somehow went into the left corner through the arms of Bishop!

What a brilliant start for the Slovakians who scored the 1-0 lead with their first attack of the match! After a nice pass by Tomas Kopecky it was BRANKO RADIVOJEVIC who scored from short distance past the surprised Bishop in the American net.
