A very good morning and welcome to www.eurolivescores.com's coverage of today's game between two of the newest teams in the KHL, as Admiral Vladivostok host HC LEV Praha.

Today is HC LEV's third game of their four-game Far Eastern road trip, and the Lions are looking to bounce back after dropping Sunday's game against Sibir Novosibirsk 5-3. With the defeat, the Lions slipped to sixth place in the Western Conference, although they do possess a game in hand over all their rivals. The big news for them today is that Niko Kapanen misses his second game in a row through injury.

It's been a mixed bag for Admiral to start their KHL career. The club currently sits just outside the playoff spots in the Eastern Conference, currently ranked tenth. However, after a long road-trip to start their season, the club have begun life at the Fetisov Arena positively, picking up victories in the last two games.

Sokolov wires a slapshot but Vehanen makes a somewhat unconvincing save. The rebound was there for the taking.

Lundstrom covers the puck. Earlier in the shift, Schutz ended up finding himself tangled in Vehanen's net after losing his footing while crashing the net.

Oystrick and Humphries combine twice in the space of thirty seconds to knock Igor Bortnikov off the puck.

A beautiful piece of play by Lisin, faking the shot and then trying the wrap around. Somehow Vehanen gets the paddle down to keep the puck from crossing the line.
