    They worked the puck around on the power play and again it's MARIE-PHILIP POULIN, and she had all the time in the world to put it into the open side before Vetter could get across to stop her, and end possibly the most incredible game in women's hockey history. Power-play goal.

    It wasn't such a dangerous looking Canadian rush but BRIANNE JENNER's stick was tipped as she shot from the faceoff dot, then the puck hit the pants of a US player in front and went inside the post to get Canada on the board.

    As the power play was winding down, Stack worked the puck from down low, to Knight at the half-boards, and she found ALEX CARPENTER at the far post, who re-directed it in. Power-play goal.

    A blind Canadian clearing attempt caused the US to regain the puck in the neutral zone and captain MEGHAN DUGGAN finished the play by firing a high wrister from the top of the circle that found the top corner through a crowd.
