The Slovaks are still unbeaten in the World Championship and aims for their third consecutive gold. They managed to defeat the Czech Republic in shootouts with one of the most dramatic games of the tournament in semifinal with two goals from Svitana.
CANADA
Canada had an easy way through the playoffs so far. They managed to win 5-1 over Switzerland and then eliminated Greece in semifinal game 5-0. However, they lost to Slovaks in A1 pool game to place first after group stage so they won't be favorite in the gold medal game.
