    Villach SV, also known as the Eagles, play in the Austrian-based EBEL. Villach has won six national championship titles, the last one in 2006.
     
    Briançon is a pretty small town in France with about 11 or 12 thousand citizens. The winters are freezing and lots of the people enjoy playing hockey outside. Thanks to that, they also come to support the local team. Ice hockey is the sport number one in Briançon.

    Last season, they won the French top tier league, la Ligue Magnus, for the very first time and now they can play in the Champions Hockey League.
